Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): This classic yoga pose stretches out the entire body while providing relief for aching backs. Start on all fours with palms pressing into the floor slightly wider than shoulder width apart and toes tucked under. On an inhale, lift your knees off the floor while sending your hips up and back until they form an upside down ‘V’ shape with legs straight (it may be helpful to keep bent knees at first if hamstring flexibility is limited).
The benefits of quantum yoga are numerous! Practicing this type of yoga can help reduce stress levels, improve your balance and coordination, increase your overall flexibility, and even improve your mental clarity!
Zenergy Yoga was developed by two fitness experts—Tali Gilor and Doreen Nambi. The practice combines traditional yoga poses with breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. This combination helps the practitioner achieve a deep relaxation state, while still providing the benefits of physical exercise.
The primary benefit of zenergy yoga is its ability to help us develop an understanding of our own body, mind, and spirit. Through meditation and mindful movements, we can learn how to connect with ourselves in order to make positive changes in our daily lives.
