As a guy taking hot power yoga I swear a whole hell of a lot. I would say at least 1 liter on a normal day. That being said this mat really holds up to the challenge. It keeps a good grip and doesn't give out half way through class. The down side, well I used to shower with my mat after class to clean it off. This mat however is like a sponge and will take two days to completely dry out. So try not to get it too soaked if you attend class daily.

It's great having a new yoga mat! Because of the 5mm natural rubber, which is precisely sticky and long and wide enough, it feels great in positions. There was a slight smell when the door was first opened, but it quickly vanished in the shade. Save this one for the upcoming 12 years! Marled blue is incredibly uplifting and relaxing.

There is no way to adequately describe it, however I think the yune yoga mats have a somewhat flocked surface. In spite of the fact that it doesn't, practicing on it is a lot of fun.
